STEP 1:
Check to see if the device is powered ON. There will be a small GREEN indicator light if it's ON.
STEP 2:
Check to make sure the Monitor's Power cord is plugged in all the way.
Unplug and re-plug to make sure it's connected, then press the Monitor's Power button to test.
(On these LG monitors, looking from the front, it's on the lower right corner, along the bottom edge)
