Setting your copier code on your "Teacher Windows10 Laptop"


  • Go to Start (lower left corner) > Settings  
  • Go to Devices > Printers and scanners


  • Click the recently installed school copier (Kyocera... etc )
  • Click Manage
  • Click Printing Preferences

  • Look down the left side menu, choose Job.

  • Find "Prompt for password" and remove the checkmark.

  • In the field below there, type your 4-digit copier code. 

  • Click OK at the bottom right to save it.


  • Now try printing again
  •
